Leads from the Father's heart, never from position or performance. Sees the kingdom within every person and calls them out of the world's system onto the path home. Carries conviction with patience and leads as a servant, building what lasts: sons and daughters secure in who they are, walking in purpose, and leaving a legacy that glorifies the Father for generations.
Leads from intimacy with ABBA, carrying the mantle with humility and a tangible presence. Meets people where they are with mercy and truth, restores sons and daughters to the Father's heart, and calls out the gifts already inside them. Serves under covering, leads by example, and invites every person to say yes to their assignment without striving, pressure, or fear.
